First thing you need to complete a successful checkout for one of our Subscriptions. We currently provide only Card Payments but plan to add more in the future. You will now receive an Order Received e-mail and our team will start preparing everything for you.

After we confirm your transaction we will mark the payment as complete and then you will receive a purchase complete e-mail and also one e-mail with few questions about your business and how to send the necessary assets.

three We send you 2 designs to choose from

After we receive your reply we will research your business and suggest an appropriate design for your Website / Online Store. We will send you 2 designs proposals to choose from.

If you are not happy with the suggested Designs we will contact you and suggest 2 more.

After we have all the necessary information, we will work on your Project and deliver it in a few days.

Normally it will be 5 working days. You will also receive a short Video that explains how to upload things for your website. The rest of the maintenance you can leave it on us.

FAQ

Solomon Designs is a Web Development and Design company operating since 2009. It has built hundreds of successful websites and Online Stores. It is a legal entity registered in the UK as Solomon Designs LTd.

Yes you can cancel any time.

No you don’t have to worry about any hidden fees. You pay your monthly subscription and the Website/ E-shop runs smoothly. If you decide to cancel you let us know and we cancel the subscription and that’s all. In the case you decide to return to our services we will keep the website on our server for 1 month so you can restore your subscription without any extra fee.

We will provide you with a selection of 2 Templates. You will choose 1 and then we will create your Website to look exactly the same as it. If you don’t like our first 2 selections you will receive another set of 2. If you still don’t like the result we will issue a refund.

You receive the Template Designs as is. We will not receive customization requests. You can add features of course

Yes, you get a functional WordPress website.

You can buy the full product at a £300 for the websites and £600 for the E-shops directly. We will provide a zip with all your files and you will be able to do whatever you want with it. In that case the Subscription is cancelled and you either need to pay for your Web Hosting plan or move the Website to the Server of your choice. Also the Support, Maintenance, Backups and Updates are your responsibility.

The WordPress installation you will get comes with “Shop Manager” user access.

Key Permissions of a “Shop Manager”
✅ Full E-shop Access – Manage products, orders, coupons, reports.
✅ Edit Pages/Posts – Update content (but not Themes).
✅ Manage Users – Create/edit lower-level users (e.g., customers).
✅ Moderate Comments – Handle product reviews.
What a Shop Manager CANNOT Do
❌ Install/Activate Plugins or Themes (Requires Administrator role).
❌ Change Site Settings (General, Permalinks, etc.).
❌ Access WordPress Core Files (via FTP/database).

If you however need extra features, then you can request the work to us and we will provide you with a quote. Alternatively you can buy the full Website/ E-shop at only €300 (15% discount compared with the Yearly payment) for the websites and €600 (15% discount compared with the Yearly payment) for the E-shops. In that case the Subscription is cancelled and you either need to pay for your Web Hosting plan to Solomon Designs or move the Website to the Server of your choice. Also the Support, Maintenance, Backups and Updates are your responsibility, after you cancel the Subscription.

We have you covered with daily backups. If your website brakes for some reason we will restore it.

After you complete your Subscription purchase you will receive an e-mail that contains everything we need to do the job.

SEO Ready identifies as:

  • We will install all the necessary Plugins to host your SEO Strategy
  • Yoast SEO or Rank Math for your Keyword Research
  • Link Whisper for internal linking
  • Redirection Plugin
  • Google Analytics Plugin
  • Facebook Pixel Plugin

If you want us to setup the above Plugins or any Plugin of your preference, on your behalf, we can provide and extra quote for this.

You will receive a fully functional E-shop. This means that your customer will be able to select and purchase your goods by choosing one of your submitted payment methods. This will be a basic E-shop installation to start your e-commerce journey. Extra features like follow up e-mails or frequently bought together products etc can be added at an extra cost. You will receive a fully functional 3 page Website. Each page should cover up to 5 sections or Up to 500 words of content.. This means that we will receive your content and insert it in all the areas of the website. you will then after be able to create new pages and add Blogs, we will just do the start for you.

After we have received your payment, you will receive the Invoice of your transaction and an E-mail that informs you that we have received the payment and our team is working on your task. Usually it will take up to 5 working days to complete. In the meantime one of our team will contact you personally and inform you that is working on the task.

We have decided to implement an e-mail based customer support rather than a ticket based one . This works better for small business owners who are familiar with the e-mail process and also you don’t have to create extra accounts and remember passwords.

✔️ Support includes:

  • Small content edits (e.g., text/image changes).

  • Automatic Plugin/theme updates.

❌ Support does NOT include:

Yes you can and need to use your own domain for the website/e-shop to go Online. Solomon Designs is not registering domains.
